Updated for 2017!
Lots of Disney fans say one easy way they got their girls, and sometimes themselves, ready for a Disney vacation was to do a Disney-inspired manicure. Why pay $30 to $60 for nails at a salon when you can do them yourself? All you need is a little inspiration, and simple patterns can certainly help as well. Lucky for you Disney Princesses, we have both for you compliments of Cheapskate Princess fan Sharline Hernandez.
Sharline directed us to her Disney nails Pinterest page, where she has lots of Disney nail art on Display.

Sharline’s Mickey Inspired Nails
For these Mickey nails, Sharline used “Let Me Go” base color and “Not So Blueberry” color for the tips, and then she added the Mickey heads.
For these Mickey nails, Sharline used “Snowflake” nail color with Maroon glitter tips, then she added the Mickey heads.

These may require a bit of an artistic eye to paint the Mickey, but the design itself is not difficult.
Sharline’s Minnie Inspired Nails
For these Minnie-inspired nails, Sharline used “Glitter” nail color, “Hot Pink” tips with Aqua dots, and then she added the Mickey Heads.
For these Minnie-inspired nails, Sharline used “Snowflake” nail color, Red tips and White dots, and then she added the Mickey heads.
A huge word of thanks to Sharline for sharing her photos with all of us cheapskates. I see lots of really cool Disney nail art on Pinterest, but most of it is WAY above my skill level. Go follow her page so you can be the first to see any designs she dreams up for her next vacation.
